Dejama is built on a simple belief: the places we create should exist in harmony with the land around us. Our gardens, nursery, small farm and Farm to Table Restaurant are all connected, each contributing to the character of the resort and the way we welcome our guests.

Many of the ingredients served in our restaurant are grown here, while the gardens continue to evolve over time. As you explore the property, you may come across herbs being harvested for the kitchen, young plants taking root in the nursery, or the cows and chickens that are part of everyday life at Dejama. Just beyond the resort, a short walk through the fields leads to a beautiful beach—one more way to experience the natural surroundings that make this part of Lombok so special.
